Ms. Zeng Baochun
Ms. Zeng is the founding partner and senior adviser of Guangdong United Intellectus Law Firm. She graduated with a JD degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, USA and has been practicing law in China and the US for many years. She has also served as a member of the 11th, 12th and 13th CPPCC of Guangzhou, the legal adviser of the Guangzhou Municipal Government and legal advisory expert for the first, second and third sessions of the Guangzhou Municipal Government; Member of the 2nd Guangzhou City Construction Public Consultation and Supervision Committee; member of the fifth, sixth and seventh councils of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association; Arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and Huizhou Arbitration Commission. She has served as deputy director of Intellectual Property Legal Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association and WTO Committee, master tutor of Zhongshan University and Jinan University; expert member of the Steering Committee for the Professional Construction of Intellectual Property Management at the Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology, legal counsel of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce of Guangdong, etc.
Ms. Zeng has long been engaged in legal practice in the United States and China. She has extensive expertise in investment related litigation and non-litigation matters, overseas listing and M&A transactions, as well as intellectual property rights protection. She has successfully handled many cases with significant social impact, recovering significant losses for domestic and foreign clients.
Since 2000, she has frequently been serving as a keynote speaker at various international and domestic investment, arbitration and intellectual property seminars, and providing high-quality and timely legal support to domestic and international enterprises doing business around the world.

Ms. Elisabetta Magni
Ms. Magni has been practicing law since 1999. She is a Senior Associate at the Italian IP firm Botti & Ferrari. Ms. Magni ‘s practice includes assisting clients active in any business field on IP matters and more precisely, advising on trademarks, domain name, copyright and design issues. During her career she has worked in other Italian IP firms, as well as in-house, as head of the IP Department of a company active in the research, sale and distribution of pharmaceutical products, nutritional supplements, medical devices and cosmetics.
She is a member of several international associations active in the IP environment, i.e. INTA (International Trademark Association), Les Italia, Italy (Licensing Executives Society) and AIPPI (International Association for the protection of IP).
She is also a member of the Trademarks Group Studies of the Italian Association of IP Attorneys (Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale. Sezione Marchi), to which she belongs.
Ms. Annie Tsoi
Ms. Tsoi is a partner of Wilkinson & Grist, her practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters in Hong Kong and Mainland China, including strategizing on protection and enforcement, negotiation, acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property rights. Ms. Tsoi is experienced in management of IP portfolios, and represents numerous local and international market leaders in the fashion, sportswear, financial, electronics, foods and beverages, hotels and entertainment industries. Ms. Tsoi is currently a member of the IP Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and a council member of the Licensing Executives Society China (Hong Kong Sub-Chapter).

Mr. Brook SUN

With nine years of experience in early-stage deep technology investment across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, Mr. Brook SUN specialises in identifying and nurturing startups in the fields of New Materials, Advanced Manufacturing, and Artificial Intelligence. As an Investment Director at Hong Kong INNO Angel Fund, Mr. SUN is passionate about fostering Hong Kong innovation and entrepreneurship in the tech sector.

Mr. Chester Wong
Mr. Wong is the managing director of threezero (Hong Kong) Limited and is responsible for managing the company's operations in Hong Kong and overseas and business development. Since joining the company in 2023, Mr. Wong has held various management positions in different departments in threezero Hong Kong. Graduated from HKUST with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mr. Wong is committed to expanding threezero's business, consolidating its strengths to make its products more popular.

Prof. Leung Yun-chung, Thomas
Prof. Leung currently serves as the Director of the Lo Ka Chung Research Centre for Natural Anti-Cancer Drug Development and The Lo Ka Chung Charitable Foundation Professor in Pharmaceutical Sciences at PolyU. His research areas include biotechnology, protein engineering and cancer drug discovery. Prof. Leung has obtained various honors and awards. He also owned 20 patents, published 80 journal papers, and co-founded 2 biotech startup companies.
Focusing on translational research, Prof. Leung developed recombinant arginase molecules for disease treatments. The research was based on his pioneering work indicating that human arginase can starve cancer cells to death whilst leaving normal cells unharmed. After completing clinical trials locally in 2012, the new drug has become Hong Kong's first "Investigational New Drug" (IND) granted by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This achievement is hailed as an important milestone in the development of bio-technology and pharmaceutical industry in Hong Kong.

Prof. Stephen Selby
Prof. Selby, S.B.S. is a highly accomplished individual with a distinguished career in education, government service, and cultural preservation. He holds an MA Honours Degree in Chinese from the University of Edinburgh Selby served as the Director of Intellectual Property in the Hong Kong SAR Government from 1994 to 2011 and was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star in 2011. He has held numerous academic and advisory roles, including Adjunct Professor at East China Normal University and Adjunct Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prof. Selby is also a renowned expert in traditional Chinese archery, having authored several books and articles.
